Now serving as Director of Food & Beverage, Kinga brings a wealth of expertise shaped by her WSET Level 3 and Sommelier Level 1 certifications. Her background as a General Manager at an award-winning Colorado winery, along with roles at industry-leading brands like Caesars Entertainment and Vail Resorts, has equipped her with the leadership, operational acumen, and deep wine knowledge essential for elevating any guest experience.

Committed to delivering excellence in every glass and plate, Kinga approaches her role with unwavering dedication, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail. Outside the realm of hospitality, she travels with her husband and their French Bulldog, Ruby, on a quest to taste wines produced in all 50 states—a personal adventure that mirrors her passion for exploring flavors and forging memorable moments.
