Bespoke Wine Journeys is officially here — and we're celebrating the way we know best: with exceptional wine, good people, and a story worth telling.

Join us for an intimate brand launch at Apple Blossom, where we'll explore the wines of Georgia — one of the oldest winemaking civilizations on earth, and the destination for our inaugural 2027 journey.

This is not a typical tasting. It's a first look at something we've been building with intention.

About the Evening

Hosted by Molly Montgomery, sommelier and founder of Bespoke Wine Journeys, this evening doubles as an introduction to our Georgia Uncorked trip — a small-group journey to the Caucasus wine country planned for Fall 2027.

Think qvevri cellars, family estates, 525 indigenous grape varieties, and a country that's been making wine for 8,000 years. Attendees get early access to trip details and first opportunity to reserve a spot.

Join us at Apple Blossom on March 22 | 11AM–2PM for a high-energy Drag Brunch hosted by Freda Slaves — local entertainer, accomplished vocalist and choreographer, college professor, and founder & CEO of American Pharaoh Productions. Freda’s drag is bold, intentional, and rooted in honoring her Black and Queer communities. Expect powerful live vocals, sharp choreography, and a show that moves beyond performance into celebration. We’ll be serving our full brunch menu alongside curated cocktails and sparkling wine features designed for the occasion. Seating is limited, and performances take place throughout the experience. Gather your table, come ready to brunch, and settle in for a show that’s equal parts entertainment and statement.

Join us for a three-course seasonal dinner highlighting fresh ingredients and bold, chef-driven flavors.

Start with dishes like our Greenhouse Caesar with shaved Brussels sprouts and kale, or crispy Brussels sprouts with miso bagna cauda. For your entrée, choose between Green Goddess Cacio e Pepe with housemade pasta, pancetta, and local mushrooms, or a classic Steak Frites with chimichurri and compound butter. Finish with a Seasonal Fruit Panna Cotta made in-house.
